Senior Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide Production support to Tools teams and establish processes to standardize planning, tracking, and reporting
• Deliver development schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, and supporting documentation
• Triage, assign, prioritize, and track tasks using in-house project management tools
• Assist development teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress
• Monitor and report on bug and task queues using internal tracking tools
• Coordinate agenda-driven meetings and ensure action points are communicated and tracked
• Generate and share reports communicating significant development milestones
• Build and maintain relationships across related teams to manage dependencies
• Implement production changes and improvements in line with team plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Production, Project Management, or QA in a technical delivery setting
• Experience working on complex technical products or projects
• Practiced in Agile software development environments
• Experienced with large-scale Programme/Project Management software
• Confident communicator capable of facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of the triage process in software development projects
• Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across functions and locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management or Product Ownership certifications
• Experience with reporting software, specifically Power BI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for and knowledge of the gaming industry
