Senior Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute on-time issuing of shopfloor items to production work orders
• Perform regular material movements and kanban circuits through assigned departments
• Ensure lineside inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and department tidiness
• Monitor order lines and perishable items, escalating risks of late delivery or production blocks
• Resolve material blockers to prevent production delays
• Support prioritization and expediting of subassemblies for vehicle integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

Requirements

• High school qualification
• 4+ years of production experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working experience with ERP systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift and other equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in manufacturing, business, or supply chain field
