Senior Production Associate - Window Assembly/Mulling

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of vinyl window products to meet production and quality standards
• Install interior and exterior components including brickmould, nailing fin, jamb extensions, and reinforcements
• Assemble individual windows into larger combination units using couplers
• Scan completed mulling products and verify order accuracy
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Cross-train and rotate between workstations as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Experience using power and hand tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Physically capable of lifting and handling windows up to 100 lbs
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work a bi-weekly rotating shift schedule
• High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of window products
• Basic computer skills
