Senior Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Convert supplier data into IQVIA standard formats following specific instructions and procedures.
• Process sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files using relevant applications to produce necessary coding.
• Oversee all quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy prior to the dispatch of deliverables.
• Conduct rigorous data checks and anomaly detection to maintain high data quality standards.
• Analyze reports and trends to identify potential issues and provide impact analysis for data corrections.
• Communicate actively with other departments to resolve problems and provide status updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to new system development through requirement gathering and UAT.

Requirements

• Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Access.
• Advanced proficiency and knowledge in SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage changing work volumes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime on holidays.
