Senior Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Convert data received from suppliers into IQVIA standard formats following specific instructions.
• Process sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files using relevant applications and procedures.
• Oversee all quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy prior to deliverable dispatch.
• Complete QC-related production tasks and off-cycle reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct data anomaly checks and analyze results and trends to maintain high data quality.
• Provide impact analysis for identified data corrections and communicate routine database processes.
• Act as a subject matter resource for relevant production areas and resolve process problems.
• Communicate actively with other departments to provide task status updates or resolve issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide input for new system development and UAT.

Requirements

• Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Access.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform information gathering to resolve routine matters.
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage changing work volumes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime on holidays.
