Senior Production and Purchasing Pilot

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and manufacturing of unique high jewelry pieces through subcontracted workshops
• Manage a portfolio of unique pieces, ensuring compliance with defined quality, deadlines, and costs
• Consolidate production planning and costing data
• Manage manufacturing data using SAP software
• Act as the primary point of contact for a panel of workshops to resolve operational issues
• Monitor workshop performance and share best practices and project learnings with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creation, Technical Expertise, and Gemstone services

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, or a related university field
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the luxury sector
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Strong ability to work in a team and manage a network of external partners
• Demonstrated curiosity, reactivity, humility, and tenacity
• Strong sensitivity to high-end products and craftsmanship
