Senior Product Specialist Oncology

Responsibilities

• Generate clinical demand for Oncology brands by developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-making units in Jeddah.
• Develop and execute local account strategies and business plans to improve the positioning of Oncology products.
• Engage Oncology HCPs in scientific dialogue regarding product efficacy, safety profiles, and treatment protocols.
• Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT) and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets while managing assigned budgets effectively.
• Organize multidisciplinary workshops and coordinate speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs.
• Ensure all activities comply with local legislation, internal policies, and the AstraZeneca Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with strong account management knowledge.
• Proven experience in Specialty and Institutional Business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage key stakeholders in complex clinical environments.
• Proven track record of influencing decision-making processes within complex ecosystems.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a patient-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Haematology, Cell Therapeutics, or Oncology therapy areas.
• Experience working within complex cross-functional teams.
