Senior Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers through regular visits and consultative sales methods
• Coach and mentor junior staff by providing market, customer, and product insights to assist with deal closures
• Perform professional product demonstrations and presentations on-site using company sales aids and marketing data
• Conduct in-service training for end-users on system applications and product usage
• Maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Manage customer databases and provide detailed information regarding prospect ownership and equipment status
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor movements, and pricing changes
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable for assigned sales accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales (Dermatology experience is a plus)
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
• Valid driving license and possession of a car
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks effectively
