Senior Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers through regular visits and consultative sales methods.
• Perform professional product demonstrations and presentations on-site using company sales aids and marketing data.
• Coach and mentor junior staff by providing market, customer, and product insights to assist with their deals.
• Conduct in-service training for end-users on system applications and product usage.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Manage customer databases and submit weekly reports regarding sales activities and competitor movements.
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable for assigned sales accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales (Dermatology experience is a plus).
• Must be based in Cairo.
• Valid driving license and possession of a car.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks effectively.
