Senior Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert and champion responsible for the promotion, defense, and competitive positioning of specific investment strategies.
• Lead commercial positioning by developing defensive and offensive product points and engaging insights regarding investment philosophy and performance.
• Provide technical product support for RFPs, DDQs, and marketing collateral to support business development.
• Partner with Investment Management and Distribution teams to provide proactive consultation on investment capabilities and pricing.
• Perform competitor analysis and evaluate the investment landscape, including peer reviews, market trends, and asset flows.
• Collaborate with internal product strategy teams to innovate the product line, including new product implementation and strategy launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in investment management or financial services, specifically in product management or investment specialist roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of distribution channels, investment vehicles, and pricing structures both in Asia and globally.
• Proficiency in using Morningstar and eVestment for investment and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior professionals and diverse audiences.
