Senior Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand for the Biologics portfolio by developing strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders in the Jeddah region.
• Develop and execute local account strategies and business plans to improve the positioning of Biologics products.
• Engage with Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT) and Decision Making Units (DMU) to present value propositions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify territory business opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Deliver key promotional messages and science-based discussions to healthcare professionals regarding product efficacy and safety.
• Organize multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Maintain accurate customer segmentation, databases, and call records using Veeva.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with strong account management skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience specifically within Biologics or Specialty therapeutics.
• Proven track record of engaging key stakeholders and influencing decision-making in complex clinical environments.
• Strong business acumen combined with high medical knowledge.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
• Previous experience working with ENT specialty doctors.
