Senior Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site Field Services Representatives and Contractor Field Teams to resolve product and process issues.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis to develop repair dispositions for non-conformances.
• Develop interim or final engineering solutions for technical, operational, and quality issues.
• Design temporary and permanent structural repairs and conduct static strength analysis.
• Provide written dispositions for routine design non-conformances and develop customer correspondence.
• Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participate in design reviews to ensure design intent and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Material Review Board (MRB) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace systems or structures.
• 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering and/or Production System Design.
• 5+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review.
• 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing stress analysis.
• Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of experience developing dispositions for aircraft non-conformances.
• Universal Product Review (UPR) Certification.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and interface with Operations and Engineering disciplines.
