Senior Product Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product marketing, design, and community support to deliver software product programs on schedule
• Understand dependencies across functions to optimize system delivery at scale
• Anticipate upcoming risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
• Develop bespoke program plans that tie strategy and execution together
• Drive issues to resolution beyond simple status reporting
• Tailor communication styles to operate effectively at various organizational altitudes

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations
• Experience managing sophisticated software product programs end-to-end
• Strong background in product or technology, specifically software
• Proven track record of shipping software products at a global scale
• Exceptional influencing, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in program management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheets
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
