Senior Product Partnerships Manager - Payroll

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic expansion partnerships end-to-end, focusing on the payroll vendor ecosystem
• Lead vendor selection processes, including evaluating RFPs and recommending partners that meet product and business needs
• Structure and lead complex contract negotiations, evaluating deal economics and commercial levers
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the payroll vendor ecosystem to build and maintain collective knowledge
• Proactively identify and respond to partner incidents, integration issues, and escalations to unblock internal teams
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across product, legal, finance, and engineering departments

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in banking or payroll operations and strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of leading deals end-to-end, including contract negotiation expertise
• Experience managing or working closely with lending management system providers
• Strong product sense and a deep interest in financial infrastructure
• Technical inclination with the ability to interface with engineering and compliance teams on complex systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills for operating across multiple stakeholders
