Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clearly defined product requirements for paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels
• Lead discovery efforts by conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to synthesize feedback
• Own and maintain a structured, prioritized product backlog, breaking down epics into detailed, testable user stories
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide light project coordination to track progress, surface risks, and support delivery timelines
• Validate delivered capabilities against requirements and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10–15 years of experience in product ownership or digital product roles
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management
• Deep understanding of digital channels, specifically paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships
