Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business objectives
• Drive digital transformation projects by understanding user needs and market trends
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to build user-focused product features
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful product adoption
• Prepare and deliver presentations to effectively communicate product vision and updates
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product goals

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and product backlog management
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
• Strong capabilities in change management and requirements gathering
• Effective presentation skills and workshop facilitation
• Demonstrated market research acumen and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management
• Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills
