Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Build customer and internal-facing products with superior user experience across multiple verticals.
• Ensure alignment between teams to prioritize product roadmaps, plan releases, and align them with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives to resolve issues during product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, UX, and operations, to align product strategies and plan releases.
• Prioritize the short-term feature backlog and long-term product roadmap.
• Conduct customer research and product discovery to synthesize market factors into a cohesive strategy.
• Write epics and user stories that clearly communicate customer and stakeholder needs.
• Drive digital enablement by introducing modern AI and data analytic capabilities to refining operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant product owner experience.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and project management.
• Strong skills in backlog management and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to perform trade-off analyses and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Owner certification.
• Experience with design thinking techniques, including prototyping and user story development.
• Knowledge of UX principles and data analytics.
