Senior Product Owner/Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap for applications supporting the data foundation, ensuring alignment with the Chief Data Office strategic vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across UBS Asset Management to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable projects.
• Conduct assessments of current data flows, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Partner with data engineers and architects to design target operating models and data architecture.
• Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to drive business decisions and improve data quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides, while supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Proven experience within the financial services industry, specifically in Asset Management.
• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and working with complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for driving the adoption of AI and GenAI technologies within the data ecosystem.
• Experience in designing target operating models for large-scale data transformations.
