Senior Product Owner and Implementation Director

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, target architecture, roadmap, and delivery strategy for the Enterprise Limit Management System (ELMS)
• Lead end-to-end design of centralized capabilities including facility, borrower, and group-level limits
• Define and govern complex business rules for cross-border risk, country-of-risk assignment, and Basel II alignment
• Provide program delivery leadership, managing the Program Master Plan, resource allocation, and budget tracking
• Drive integration with Loan Origination, Core Banking, Trade Finance, and Treasury systems
• Manage senior stakeholders across Business, Risk, Credit, Operations, and Technology
• Oversee vendor delivery and ensure technical compliance and quality
• Define testing strategies for complex exposure scenarios and regulatory edge cases

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in banking product management, credit systems, or large-scale banking technology delivery
• Proven experience designing or transforming enterprise limit management systems in GCC and global environments
• Deep expertise in corporate lending, FI, trade finance, project finance, and structured finance
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC banking regulatory expectations
• Hands-on experience with collateralized lending and contingent products

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Master's degree preferred
• FRM certification preferred
• CSPO or equivalent product certifications
