Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the key Product Operations partner for Wise Platform, driving operational excellence and effectiveness.
• Improve planning, prioritization, and follow-through for product development to focus on critical partner and customer problems.
• Enhance communication of roadmaps, priorities, and launches across product, partner-facing, and wider organizational teams.
• Create robust feedback loops between partners, commercial teams, and product teams to ensure partner needs are acted upon.
• Support data-driven decision-making regarding product scaling and complexity management.
• Establish efficient rhythms, rituals, and ways of working that improve alignment without adding unnecessary process.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving operational practices in fast-growing technology companies.
• Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse functions (Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, etc.).
• Ability to influence without authority and drive clear decision-making.
• Proficiency in using data and qualitative insights to measure progress and improve workflows.
• Experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Business Operations, or Technical Program Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, platform, partner-led, or fintech environments.
• Background in payments or financial infrastructure.
• Experience collaborating with commercial, operations, or compliance teams.
