Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end facilitation of the product roadmap process, including strategy formulation and capacity planning
• Facilitate formal roadmap presentations to leadership and commercial teams to build alignment
• Own operational readiness strategy for key product features and define scalable playbooks
• Facilitate regular goal-setting for product areas to ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with Data Science to translate measurement frameworks into actionable tracking plans
• Operate regional intake processes to collect and validate user pain points from field teams
• Manage product team meeting cadences, including weekly leadership meetings and goal-tracking reviews
• Lead complex change initiatives and introduce tooling to streamline processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or program management within a technology company
• Demonstrated experience driving product roadmap processes or strategic planning cycles
• Experience with release readiness, launch operations, and building playbooks
• Experience facilitating senior-level alignment meetings and communicating complex tradeoffs
• Familiarity with field feedback or voice-of-customer programs
• Experience partnering with Data Science or Analytics teams to define KPIs
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
• Experience with goal-setting frameworks like OKRs
