Senior Product Officer

Responsibilities

• Devise customer-centric product solutions within the savings and investment insurance product suite to support company goals
• Prepare and review product materials to facilitate development and implementation while ensuring compliance with governance requirements
• Conduct regular market intelligence analysis to identify latest trends and business opportunities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches and initiatives
• Participate in discussions regarding product design and sales campaigns
• Support ongoing product maintenance, address internal and external queries, and manage post-launch initiatives
• Assist with special quotation processes to meet customized business needs

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Actuarial science
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development or a related field
• Strong business acumen and marketing sense
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
• Innovative mindset with strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), Written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese
