Responsibilities

• Drive US GTM end-to-end, including positioning, narrative, launches, and pipeline-generating campaigns.
• Build brand credibility in the US market through case studies, clinical evidence, and proof stacks.
• Establish the US marketing function from scratch, creating messaging, content, and sales enablement assets.
• Act as the internal voice of the US market, feeding customer and pilot feedback back to Product and leadership.
• Adapt DACH value propositions into US-centric narratives focused on reimbursement, risk reduction, and staffing relief.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
• Proven experience building marketing functions from 0 to 1
• Strong commercial instinct with a focus on pipeline and ROI
• Deep understanding of the US market, ideally within regulated industries like healthcare
• Native-level command of US English for clinical audience copywriting
• AI-native workflow approach
• Ability to work from Berlin with occasional travel to the US
