Responsibilities

• Shape the narrative by owning positioning and messaging for each product line
• Translate technical depth into stories for care facility operators and clinical decision-makers
• Build and scale the newsletter and communication infrastructure end-to-end
• Enable Sales and CS by creating decks, battle cards, and one-pagers
• Lead cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new feature launches
• Act as a product expert and run customer feedback loops to inform the Product team
• Establish new rituals, processes, and accountability structures

Requirements

• Hands-on Product Marketing Management (PMM) experience in SaaS
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end product launches
• Expertise in building newsletter and communication infrastructure (Hubspot experience preferred)
• AI-native mindset with fluency in using AI and automation tools
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, simple stories

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-growing startup environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
