Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive retail-specific product marketing strategy, including pricing, packaging, and positioning to ensure competitiveness in brick-and-mortar accounts.
• Define and recommend MSRP targets and co-own retail invoice pricing and promotional strategies to drive sell-through.
• Lead retail product positioning and manage assortment to identify underperformers and introduce new SKUs.
• Develop channel-specific growth models to increase distribution and expand door counts within priority retail partners.
• Conduct deep competitive audits and channel-specific assortment planning to identify market opportunities and threats.
• Drive the direction of exterior packaging to meet consumer preferences and retail merchandising requirements.
• Collaborate on in-store tactics such as endcaps, PDQs, and promotions to improve velocity and shelf presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, category management, or channel marketing with a specific focus on retail.
• Deep expertise in retail go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional execution.
• Strong understanding of retail buyer behavior, merchandising strategies, and store-level tactics.
• Proven experience collaborating with sales teams and managing P&L drivers including pricing and profitability.
• Ability to lead packaging and positioning development through cross-functional stakeholder management.
