About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own the casual creator growth and experience strategy, managing the journey from discovery to signup and early repeat use.
- Develop a repeatable GTM and user journey framework for consumer-facing features, including launch criteria and success metrics.
- Lead GTM for key launches such as onboarding revamps, core experience improvements, and community initiatives.
- Build and execute a mobile-first strategy to drive app downloads, onboarding, and early engagement.
- Partner with the Growth team to design and run experiments that improve acquisition, activation, and early retention.
- Collaborate with UXR and Data to map and optimize the new-user journey for core casual creator segments.
- Serve as a cross-functional thought leader, influencing roadmap priorities through user and market insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consumer product marketing, ideally within technology, music, or creative tools.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end GTM for meaningful consumer launches.
- Experience driving growth and engagement for mobile-centric consumer applications.
- Deep expertise in top-to-mid funnel metrics, including acquisition, onboarding, and activation.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to turn complex product features into compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to refine strategy and messaging.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UGC, creator ecosystems, or social/PLG products.
- Experience managing multi-platform products across both web and mobile.
- Prior work involving subscription models, monetization, or recommendation surfaces.
- A deep personal passion for music.
