Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Company

RADAR is building the data infrastructure layer for the physical world, starting with retail. Our hardware-enabled SaaS platform uses proprietary overhead sensors, software, and AI-powered analytics to locate every product in a store, continuously, down to the fixture. We are deployed across 1,400+ stores with retailers including American Eagle Outfitters and Old Navy.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product positioning and messaging across segments, use cases, and buyer personas
• Build and manage the sales enablement library including pitch decks, ROI frameworks, and battlecards
• Own competitive intelligence and maintain profiles on direct and adjacent competitors
• Lead the product launch process for significant releases
• Partner with PMs to translate technical capabilities into business-relevant messaging
• Develop retailer-facing materials for business reviews and renewal conversations
• Collaborate with visual and brand designers to ensure material standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience
• 3+ years in a B2B enterprise context
• Proven ability to develop positioning for technically complex platforms
• Experience building and maintaining sales enablement libraries
• Strong competitive intelligence skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail technology, enterprise SaaS, or hardware-adjacent markets
• Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or physical-world sensing platforms
• Experience supporting commercial teams selling into enterprise retail
• Background developing ROI models or business case frameworks
