Responsibilities

• Own the SMB customer segment end-to-end within the Bank Payments Network Group
• Bridge the gap between technical product nuances and commercial narratives
• Use quantitative and qualitative research to shape product strategy and commercial foundations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
• Drive key metrics including activation, adoption, and revenue
• Translate complex payment innovations into clear value propositions

Requirements

• Extensive B2B product marketing experience
• Proven track record in customer research, building ICPs, and conducting interviews
• Experience in multi-product and solutions selling
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using analytics tools and KPI tracking
• Ability to perform competitive intelligence and market research
• Experience in the payments or fintech industry is preferred
