Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company operating in the EdTech sector. We specialize in developing and promoting innovative cross-platform products, including MusesAcademy (a lifestyle learning platform), MathMaster (an AI-driven math app), and a long-standing cross-platform VPN.

Responsibilities

• Research new business directions for scaling through market, trend, and competitor analysis
• Build highly effective user acquisition flows through continuous experimentation and deep understanding of user psychology
• Create systematic processes that deliver consistent results through efficiency rather than luck
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, development, and product to optimize the user journey from ad click to product engagement
• Develop and manage the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team, fostering professional growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and effective sales angles
• Ability to build scalable systems and processes
• Proficiency in market and competitor research
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Desire to grow into team management
