Dressly is one of their high-growth businesses, using AI technologies to transform the fashion industry through personalized solutions. Having grown 4x in the last six months, Dressly is looking for a growth-oriented professional to drive its next phase of expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and validate new business growth opportunities through market, user, and competitor research
- Launch and scale new web-to-web funnels and unique growth mechanics
- Plan, launch, and analyze complex A/B tests to evaluate impact on business metrics
- Build and prioritize a growth experiment roadmap based on potential business impact
- Analyze the entire user journey from initial ad contact to purchase and retention
- Monitor key metrics daily to identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion, monetization, and ROI
- Evaluate experiment results using CR, ARPU, LTV, CPA, CPM, and other metrics
- Collaborate with Creative and UA teams to find new marketing angles, messaging, and positioning
- Work with marketing and product teams to optimize the creative → funnel → offer → product connection
- Define tasks for design, analytics, and engineering to drive new tests and mechanics to completion
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role
- Proven track record of launching experiments from idea to measurable business results
- Ability to independently identify growth points rather than just managing a backlog
- Strong product and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of CRO, user behavior, and web-to-web funnel construction
- Experience with performance marketing channels and their interaction with creative and product
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, or GrowthBook
- High level of ownership and comfort working in uncertain environments
- English proficiency at B1+ level
