About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFE/IFC) products.
- Translate complex technical capabilities, such as latency, throughput, and satellite constellations (LEO/GEO), into compelling commercial value propositions for airline executives.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts by developing "Battle Cards" and win-themes to empower global sales teams.
- Drive commercialization and pricing strategies using operator intelligence to inform value-based pricing and bundled service models.
- Enable global account teams by providing ROI models, business case analyses (CAPEX/OPEX), and technical sales enablement tools.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Certification, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial roles.
- Proven experience in In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC), SATCOM, or aerospace digital systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical platforms into value-driven marketing narratives.
- Experience with market segmentation and TAM/SAM modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IFEC, SATCOM, or aerospace digital systems.
- Direct experience with LEO/MEO/GEO satellite partnerships and onboard network integration.
- Understanding of FAA/EASA certification drivers and their impact on speed-to-market.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based monetization models within a hardware environment.
- Background in sustainability messaging related to equipment weight reduction and carbon goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
