Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy and positioning for orchestration products
• Develop a deep understanding of core buyer personas and end users
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify emerging trends and threats
• Create differentiated positioning based on customer use cases and platform capabilities
• Partner with BrazeAI™ teams to ensure consistent and credible AI messaging
• Prepare compelling content including web pages, demo videos, sales decks, and blogs
• Independently lead product launches and releases for new features and enhancements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for thought leadership, demos, and roadmap presentations
• Drive product adoption through impactful education and inspiration programs
• Partner with enablement teams to provide training and tools for the GTM function

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or solutions marketing experience
• Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans
• Strong technical literacy in AI and marketing automation
• Ability to explain complex concepts like agentic AI and journey orchestration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of successful product and feature launches
• Metrics-driven mindset focused on incremental results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing across enterprise and SMB segments
• Experience marketing products at the intersection of data, AI, and customer experience
• Familiarity with journey orchestration tools or decisioning engines
