Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand and messaging unification of Prepared and Carbyne into the Axon 911 platform.
• Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, launch strategies, and GTM coordination across the product portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, launch assets, and product marketing collateral.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Build foundational product marketing systems and operational processes to support company scaling.
• Write high-impact copy for product narratives, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or brand positioning.
• Proven success leading rebranding, repositioning, or major brand transformation initiatives.
• Experience operating autonomously within a lean or high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with expertise in writing product messaging and launch content.
• Ability to act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within regulated industries, government technology, public safety, or healthcare.
• Experience in relationship-driven enterprise markets.
