Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging frameworks for Aspora's products across global diaspora corridors
• Own go-to-market strategy for launches across the UK, UAE, US, Canada, and beyond
• Shape the category narrative that sets Aspora apart in modern diaspora banking
• Drive customer and competitor insight through research, user interviews, and market analysis
• Partner with product and growth teams to influence the product roadmap
• Lead messaging consistency across every customer touchpoint, from acquisition to retention

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup
• Experience in fintech or working with regulated products
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to turn complex products into compelling narratives
• Proven expertise in GTM planning, feature launches, and building messaging hierarchies
• Analytical and insight-driven mindset with the ability to use data to back up narratives
• First-principles thinker who questions defaults and understands user psychology

Preferred Qualifications

• 0→1 exposure: experience defining messaging for products and markets without an existing playbook
• Deep understanding of financial services and global banking nuances
