Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research to define ICP and GTM strategies
• Develop positioning frameworks, value propositions, and messaging for core products
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new features and product initiatives
• Partner with Product and Marketing to design prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle programs
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and monitor performance with Product and BI
• Collaborate with Comms and Content to develop narratives and thought leadership
• Equip Sales and customer-facing teams with compelling collateral and pitch decks

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing in high-growth, late-stage startups
• Proven ability to turn complex concepts into compelling marketing assets
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
• Proactive, organized, and capable of running flawless GTM processes
