Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and Airwallex’s unique value proposition
• Define, test, and refine global product positioning and messaging in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams
• Plan and drive effective product launch strategies across sales, marketing, pricing, and operations
• Deliver a compelling, end-to-end customer experience across touchpoints including websites, emails, content, and sales decks
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to test hypotheses and make data-backed decisions
• Work cross-functionally across global and regional strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams to drive impact

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working with regional commercial and marketing teams to launch go-to-market campaigns
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
• Proven track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, product, etc.)
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services and/or Financial Technology (Fintech)
• Experience working on global go-to-market campaigns supporting SME and/or Enterprise businesses
