Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Solutions – Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead positioning and messaging for HP’s AI training and inference solutions tailored to healthcare environments
• Develop go-to-market strategies for healthcare AI solutions from concept through launch and scale
• Create sales enablement assets including playbooks, reference architectures, and competitive positioning
• Translate technical AI infrastructure capabilities into value propositions for clinical and research use cases
• Conduct voice-of-customer research across healthcare providers and life sciences organizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to ensure launch readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM roles
• Proven experience serving healthcare or highly regulated industries
• Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, including GPUs, workstations, and hybrid compute environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical differentiation to clinical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing AI training, inference, or data science solutions specifically in healthcare settings
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy, compliance, and governance regulations
• Experience collaborating with healthcare ISVs, system integrators, or clinical technology partners
