Senior Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and defend Gradial’s positioning across the portfolio
• Name and shape the market category through messaging and research
• Own product and company messaging for executives, buyers, and technical stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end product launches and go-to-market coordination
• Build competitive positioning to win against incumbents and alternatives
• Partner with Sales to improve differentiation and win rates
• Build a repeatable engine for customer case studies and co-marketing assets
• Conduct frequent customer research to refine messaging
• Manage analyst relations to shape market understanding

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience in early-stage startups (under 250 employees) through a scale phase
• Proven track record in positioning, launches, and sales enablement
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into market value
• Experience working closely with founders and product teams
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate as an individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-performing startup scaling to broad market adoption
• Familiarity with AI-native products or modern MarTech platforms
• Experience introducing a new market category
