Senior Product Marketing Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop product messaging and campaign positioning that resonates with enterprise audiences in core verticals like retail and healthcare
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-focused value propositions
• Partner with product teams on launches and go-to-market initiatives to ensure effective messaging across sales channels
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards
• Support webinars, demos, and thought leadership content to showcase value across enterprise use cases
• Drive consistency across messaging and sales materials to ensure a unified brand story
• Partner with sales and customer success to gather field feedback and continuously improve enablement assets
• Own performance metrics to measure and optimize program outcomes
• Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance the personalization and scalability of marketing programs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience spanning product marketing and sales enablement
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated go-to-market programs
• Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and complex deal cycles
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and translate technical solutions into customer value
• Strong experience building practical sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, demo content)
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing program performance
• Familiarity with AI and emerging marketing tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
