Senior Product Manager/Lead Product Manager - Data Science/Machine Learning/Cloud

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust product strategies, visions, and forward-looking roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex healthcare operations needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features and refine offerings based on user insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, marketing, and architecture to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on responsible AI use.
• Analyze user data, market research, and industry trends to establish performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior product managers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within healthcare, data science, or cloud technology domains.
• Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience leveraging data analytics platforms and establishing performance metrics to drive product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered or machine learning solutions within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, data security, and compliance standards.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills with experience developing cross-functional team members.
