(Senior) Product Manager/Builder - Revenue Operations & Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the Revenue Operations & Intelligence domain
• Own the full Order-to-Cash process, including transaction management, billing logic, and invoice generation
• Architect O2C workflows and data for both human operators and AI agents
• Use AI-assisted prototyping to test ideas and validate concepts rapidly
• Drive strategy for internal financial reporting and third-party accounting system connectivity
• Build systems to optimize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and mitigate churn
• Lead cross-functional development teams including Engineering, Design, and Data

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech
• Expertise in Revenue Operations, Order Management, and revenue cycle mechanics
• Experience building features related to LTV improvement and churn reduction
• AI-assisted builder mindset with ability to create working prototypes
• Systems thinking approach for designing agent-ready workflows
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Legal, and Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep financial domain knowledge (subscription management, e-invoicing, taxation)
• Experience with accounting system APIs like Xero or QuickBooks
• Experience designing or evaluating systems for agentic or LLM-powered workflows
