Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta's addressability systems, including real-time resolution services and batch identity resolution infrastructure.
• Partner closely with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities that serve all Zeta business units.
• Drive org-wide adoption of the Zeta identity spine (ZID) across CRM, programmatic, and Data Cloud teams.
• Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures, coordinating across multiple engineering pods.
• Build and maintain visibility into identity coverage by designing dashboards that surface match rates and resolution quality.
• Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically with data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure.
• Strong technical depth in identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and infrastructure technologies such as Snowflake, Spark, or Airflow.
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences through structured communication.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours to support collaboration across US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech or MarTech, particularly with cross-device linking or programmatic advertising infrastructure.
• Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution and GDPR/GPP regulations.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to validate hypotheses and define metrics.
• Experience with agile development practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
