Senior Product Manager

At You.com, we are building the AI Search Infrastructure that powers modern AI systems. Our goal is to create the trusted knowledge layer that agents, applications, and enterprises rely on to retrieve real-time, accurate, and citation-backed information.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI web infrastructure products
• Define domain-specific web infrastructure including crawl depth, freshness, and ranking models
• Lead the full product development lifecycle for new vertical index APIs
• Partner with engineering to define crawl architecture, extraction pipelines, and performance SLAs
• Build and run evaluation frameworks for vertical indexes
• Work with BD and Sales to scope design-partner deals and translate requirements into specs
• Conduct market analysis on vertical data needs and competitive offerings
• Track key metrics including coverage completeness, freshness, and API latency

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• Experience owning API-driven data products, data infrastructure, or large-scale data pipelines
• Strong technical foundation in crawl architecture, data pipelines, and ranking systems
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and designing benchmarks
• Track record of shipping in fast-moving startup environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in ML infrastructure, data quality, or LLM evaluation
• Direct experience building web-scale systems (crawling, extraction, indexing, or ranking)
• Familiarity with AI search infrastructure and agentic AI application patterns
• Experience working with enterprise customers on bespoke data requirements
