Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable engine to calculate taxable income across dozens of global markets, adapting to different local tax regimes.
• Develop direct integrations with local tax authorities to automate and simplify the reporting process for customers.
• Create seamless integrations with business accounting software to allow B2B customers to submit accounts with ease.
• Design and deliver highly readable, understandable, and usable tax reports for both individuals and businesses.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance, and Analysts to drive high standards of execution.
• Map out global expansion strategies for automated tax compliance and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, either as a Product Manager or a Founder.
• Proven track record of launching significant B2C or B2B products.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a deep commitment to identifying and alleviating user pain points.
• Highly analytical and numerate, with the ability to navigate complex datasets, financial models, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively partner with and unblock engineering leadership.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into execution to help the team ship products.
