Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP's Sleep and Fitness experiences, focusing on trust, accuracy, and long-term member value.
• Lead the evolution of sleep and fitness features, from morning recovery insights to workout tracking.
• Translate complex physiological data and algorithm outputs into clear, actionable, and compelling member experiences.
• Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, research science, and design teams to deliver science-grounded products.
• Define and track success metrics for sleep and fitness initiatives, focusing on member engagement and behavior change.
• Collaborate across the Product team to ensure seamless integration between sleep, fitness, recovery, and strain surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on consumer health, wellness, or data-driven products.
• Experience building products grounded in complex data or physiological signals.
• Technical fluency to engage deeply on algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture.
• Proficiency with and comfort using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform prioritization and measure impact.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
