Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key company metrics related to member account security, login, and access conversion rates.
• Set product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable goals for the platform product area.
• Manage end-user experiences, including login across mobile, web, and API.
• Balance security requirements with a seamless user experience for a global user base.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to prioritize user needs and define detailed product requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to formulate business cases for new product ideas and assess feature performance.
• Facilitate product discovery and delivery across mobile and back-end infrastructure.
• Partner cross-functionally with Information Security, Finance, Marketing, and Growth teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management with a record of successful delivery.
• Experience collaborating closely with highly technical engineering teams.
• Deep analytical skills and a strong bias for data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with security teams to translate requirements into product deliveries.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription products or working within a DTC company.
• Experience managing both mobile and web products.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Sigma.
• Experience using AI tools to drive productivity and data analysis.
