Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Weave's messaging product area
• Lead product discovery to identify friction and unmet needs for practices and patients
• Drive customer-facing feature work and platform-level improvements regarding reliability and scalability
• Define and deliver reusable messaging capabilities across multiple Weave products
• Partner with engineering to guide technical decisions and tradeoffs
• Communicate product decisions, risks, and business impact to leadership and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience with both customer-facing features and platform/infrastructure-adjacent work
• AI-native approach to product management and problem solving
• Strong product judgment and ability to think in systems and capabilities
• Ability to partner with senior engineers on technical tradeoffs like API design and system performance
• Familiarity with real-time or asynchronous communication systems or messaging infrastructure
• Ability to use data and observability tools like Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning high-volume communication products (messaging, notifications, inbox)
• Experience with multi-channel systems (SMS, email, in-app, voice)
• Experience in healthcare technology or HIPAA-adjacent environments
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and generative AI applied to communication
• Experience with integration-heavy products and data pipelines
• Understanding of distributed systems and message queuing
