Senior Product Manager - VR Workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for VR headset and tablet UI and multi-app workflows.
• Define and own business metrics such as user group setup time reduction and navigation success rates.
• Partner with design to drive cross-application information architecture and data hierarchy decisions.
• Conduct usability studies, field visits, and iterative testing to improve user experience.
• Work with engineering to translate complex edge-cases into clear requirements and pragmatic implementation plans.
• Coordinate across product, content, and platform teams to create consistent UX patterns.
• Manage stakeholders across Sales, PSO, CSM, and Field Engineering to prioritize requests and gather voice of the customer.
• Drive adoption and GTM readiness by defining training flows and admin tooling needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience shipping customer-facing UI and workflow features.
• Proven experience improving configuration/setup workflows, multi-device UX, or information architecture.
• Strong UX instincts and experience partnering with design to ship measurable usability improvements.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on device constraints, syncing, and data models.
• Experience working with enterprise customers (deployments, admins, and integrators).
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 10–15 days per quarter.

• Experience with both hardware and software product development.
• Experience with complex content management or navigation across multiple applications.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
