Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for adoption, optimization, and value realization across Varicent's AI portfolio
• Lead strategic customer adoption programs to validate workflow pain points and measurable value
• Define product health metrics including activation, engagement, usage quality, and retention
• Synthesize customer feedback and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver prioritized AI product improvements
• Enable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams with repeatable launch and adoption motions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to address adoption blockers

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in Product Management
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or data-driven products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with GenAI, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI governance
• Proven track record of managing products post-launch, focusing on adoption and scale
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to drive product roadmaps
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using frameworks like RICE or ROI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running early access, beta, design partner, or pilot programs
• Deep understanding of AI explainability and responsible AI practices
