About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for adoption, optimization, and value realization across Varicent's AI portfolio and autonomous agents.
- Lead strategic customer adoption programs by working directly with enterprise clients to validate workflow impact and success criteria.
- Define and monitor product health metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, and measurable value realization.
- Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns to represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions and prioritization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to scale successful AI capabilities.
- Enable Go-to-Market teams by translating early customer wins and adoption patterns into repeatable launch motions and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6+ years in Product Management.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-driven product environments.
- Strong familiarity with emerging AI concepts, including GenAI, autonomous agents, agent orchestration, and AI governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage products post-launch, focusing on adoption, optimization, and iterative improvement.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making using prioritization frameworks such as RICE or ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running early access, beta, or design partner programs with strategic enterprise customers.
- Background in AI evaluations, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
